Our owners (and tenants) have the benefit of logging on 24 hours a day to view all of their important documents. We upload everything from their management agreement to their tenants lease so that they have access to those documents whenever is needed. They are also able to view owner statements or tenant ledgers online, those are not only view-able but printable as well. Also, if there were to be any issues with any documents or statements or if you had an inquiry regarding the property, an ad, or a document that you wanted to view you have the capability of sending us a message via your owner/tenant portal at any time!
Marketing is made incredibly easy through Online Database as well. When we create the ad it not only publishes to our own website, it also submits the ad to several other major sites such as Zillow, HotPads, and RentalHomesPlus just to name a few. Those sites in turn also push the ad to more smaller rental property sites. This makes it easy for you to always view your up to date ad and also communicate with us if there is something in the ad you’d like to change.
Our website also makes it easy for both tenants and owners to submit work orders for their properties. We get sent the notification right away that the work order has been created so that we save time on the phone taking the message and creating the work order ourselves, this is beneficial to all. This makes it so we can get started on the work right away! Which comes in handy in all cases especially when it comes to emergencies.
